Having laid an EGG at their first NPWDRL event and finding themselves on the wrong of a good old fashioned wood shed country xxx whoopin' the corn bread fed good ole boys from the Dirty South hit the showers (separately of course) and decided to acquire the needed items to verify drill AND have broken out their secret weapon. A 2.9632 best run in the blue lane ain't enough to git er dun fer Dale especially at their new level of racin'. Thru the encouragement of their team mascot, HENreitta, The Aces are putting in hours by the DOZEN and building a new ride for the next event.
Like POULTRY in motion The Aces are scurrying around the Garagemahal and putting forth a GRADE A effort hunting, SCRATCHING and PECKING in an attempt to PLUCK out every thou needed to CRACK that ever elusive 2.95 and beyond glass ceiling. None of The Aces were ever guilty of being at the head of their class in schrool but they ain't exactly the dullest knife in the drawer either. In fact they've unlocked the answer to the age old question of....why did the chicken cross the road.
Not that they would ever be found guilty of anything as infantile or irresponsible as racin' at an unsanctioned dragstrip commonly known as street racin'. The simpletons try not to over think anything but rather simply trust the results and hope they don't FOWL up by having a rubber chicken as a mascot. So why did the chicken cross the road ? LANE CHOICE.......
