Due to the increasing troubles we have been having lately with Livestream we are going to move the broadcast to youtube. We have been test it and feel that we have a good grip on it and a quality feed. Being our first race with it I'am expecting something to go wrong. If anything is out of normal please contact me. If you go to youtube and search Joel Redfearn or Joel@npwdrl you'll find the channel. This should be to link to the race tonight.

Still trying to learn this all. The nice thing about moving the streaming to youtube is it will save the entire race content forever, with livestream it would delete after a month if it saved it at all.

I like the move. It’s real nice to have the whole vid available and the chat is fine. Live Stream on YouTube has live chat. With the YouTube app if you are subscribed to Joel’s channel you get the notification too then it’s just a click away if watching by phone while you’re supposed to be doing something else. Lol

I thought the move to the You Tube service went well. Video was good and the sound was on time.
It will also be nice to be able to watch older races.

Maybe being on YouTube will improve the exposure to potential racers that will do a web search or directly search on YouTube.

My experience was better than with vimeo. Vimeo cut out a lot. What I noticed with your youtube broadcast was that instead of cutting out the video would lose its clarity and look blurry and then come back to normal.

Could have just been my connection. Did anyone else see what I seen?
