I really enjoyed the race being held on Friday night. It was the first race I've been able to watch live in months! The chat board was full of racers and the conversation was pretty fast paced. Now I have my entire weekend to chase my boys around to ball tournaments.

Second the Friday night race! Kind of a playoff atmosphere --- put the race on the TV, ordered pizza. And the kids wanted to keep watching through all the classes!

Third that. It was much easier for me as a proxy racer to make time on Friday night than it is on Saturday afternoon, although it might be more difficult for those participating live. I hope you (Joel) would consider continuing to hold some races on Friday.

I still say though that is a ton of work. I'm glad someone is willing to do it.

It really was a blast watching on Friday night.

I even have time today to work on some of the Honey-Do's that have been building up.

The Redfearn Family did a great job again! And while it may be a bit of rush-rush trying to throw a Friday race, it seems a number of people really enjoyed it !

Thank you Pony. Played a distant runner up to you on three previous Eliminator races. Spent soooooo many hours/days/weeks trying to find a way to close the gap on you. So many failed experiments before forward progress was made. I looked back at your dominance in this class over the last two years and WOW, you obviously are capable of producing even faster cars than the one at last night's race and that's scary (for me and everyone else). I suspect we will see your skill and experiance come out even more so at the next race.

Not to pile on, but Friday night was definitely better for us than Saturdays. Fridays are pizza night at Skywalker Base, and I had a blast watching last night with pizza and adult beverage in hand. Still have my entire Saturday to spend real time with the fam and work on projects.

Races were tight, chat was lively, and I watched the entire thing beginning to end...even though I didn't have a single car racing. Great job everyone!

I too like the night racing. I'm sure it's more pressure on the Redfearn family and I take my hat off to them for conducting another well run race. Feel lucky to have someone like Joel running the show. Last race he went above and beyond the call of duty by going out of his way to pick up my cars at the Fedex facility just an hour before the race started. Certainly could not have blamed him if he chose not to. Thank you again Joel for that one.

I will "pile on" as well. Thanks Joel and Family for all you do and the hard work and long hours it takes to make this league the way that it is. Professional, low pressure (except all the pressure we put on ourselves) and all around just a good atmosphere with a bunch of top notch racers that has made this a great experience so far. It has been a blast!

Just want to say thank you to Joel for all of the time and energy you put into NPWDRL. Please extend our gratitude to your family who helped make this event a successful one. Also, congrats to all of the MOTM Race #1 winners. In BASX Pro we had a great view from behind in every race and almost managed to lock down the bottom of the standings if it wasn't for Ed's "Failed Experiment" stealing our spotlight. We'll be changing our car names to something a little more fitting and trying some different lager to go with this humble pie. Major adjustments to be made before the next race, so I wouldn't rule us out just yet!
