Does the race day even matter. Aren’t most people still going to wait until the last possible moment to ship? If I know that shipping has been running slow, I am going to ship earlier. Everyone is in the same boat.

If I ship 3 day now the only way to get cars there on time with confidence would be to get them out on Saturday. I've moved to using 1-2 day shipping on tuesday which is expensive. My cars are coming from NY so maybe my shipping issues aren't universal.

Since I am still not able to race much my 2 cents isn't even worth 2 cents but as I see it... While I enjoy Friday evening watching the race and chatting, Saturday is better for those who are shipping from the east coast since the weekend presents a down day of Sunday and not being able to drop off. So it is Saturday at the latest or the much less desirable day of Monday to make it to Utah by Friday. Saturday race makes it that much easier for us Eastern Time racers to make it on time. Takes the pressure off a bit.

A small adjustment in when I ship is the least I can do to make sure my package arrives early to Joel for a Friday race and he can let it decontaminate of any possible viruses before the race.

My box gets to Joel’s in 4 days, and it comes back in 2. I don’t understand it at all, but I wish that was flipped, Lol
